同步检测系统在预制盒卷烟包装设备中的应用
Application of Synchronous Detection System in Preformed Box Cigarette Packaging Equipment
摘要: 新型卷烟预制条盒包装没有现成的包装设备,主要依靠手工包装,不仅效率低,成本高、周期长,而且很难实现产品的均质化发展。本文介绍了一种新型卷烟预制条盒的自动化包装方式,以及同步检测系统在其中的运用。通过同步检测系统的运用可以有效降低包装设备的改造难度,缩短改造周期,在快速实现新型预制条盒自动化包装的基础上有效地保障了产品的包装质量和设备的运行效率。
Abstract: There is no ready-made packaging equipment for the new cigarette preformed strip box packaging, which mainly depends on manual packaging. It not only has low efficiency, high cost and long cycle, but also is difficult to realize the homogenization development of products. This paper introduces a new automatic packaging method for cigarette preformed box and the application of synchronous detection system in it. The application of synchronous detection system can effectively reduce the transformation difficulty of packaging equipment, shorten the transformation cycle, and effectively ensure the packaging quality of products and the operation efficiency of equipment on the basis of quickly realizing the automatic packaging of new prefabricated strip boxes.
