《伤寒论》误吐变证浅析

An Analysis of the Misuse of Vomiting Method in “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”

摘要: 吐法为《伤寒论》治法之一，可治疗痰饮、宿食等停滞于胸膈上脘之证，若医者不辨其证，误用吐法则会产生损伤阳气、耗伤津液等诸多变证。本文通过介绍《伤寒论》中吐法宜忌，从误吐的病机变化入手，对误吐产生的变证进行浅析，用于指导临床错综复杂的病证。

Abstract: Vomiting method is one of the treatment methods of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, which can treat the syndrome of stagnation in the upper thoracic cavity, such as phlegm, retained food. If the doctor does not recognize the syndrome, the misuse of vomiting method will cause damage to Yang qi, consumption of body fluid and many other changes. This article introduces the indications and contraindications of the method of vomiting in treatise on febrile diseases, starts from the pathogenesis of vomiting, and analyzes the syndrome caused by vomiting, which can be used to guide the clinical complicated disease syndrome.
