摘要: 发生突发公共事件时，网络舆情沟通对于社会的稳定至关重要，针对阻碍网络舆情沟通的因素分析，本文提出了基于信息理论的网络沟通策略。

Abstract: When a public emergency occurs, public opinion communication on network is very important for social stability. According to the analysis of the factors hindering network public opinion communication, this paper puts forward a network communication strategy based on information theory.
