劳动教育对五年级学生心理资本的影响: 坚毅性的中介作用

摘要: 劳动教育对学生的身心全面发展具有重要价值。本研究采用问卷调查法,以劳动教育问卷、心理资本量表和坚毅性量表为研究工具,以长沙市314名五年级学生为研究对象,探讨劳动教育、心理资本与坚毅性三者之间的关系,以及劳动教育对心理资本的正向预测作用,并探讨坚毅性在其中是否起中介作用。结果发现:1) 小学生五年级学生劳动教育与心理资本显著正相关,劳动教育与坚毅品质显著正相关,心理资本与坚毅品质显著正相关。2) 劳动教育不仅直接影响小学生心理资本,还通过坚毅性间接影响小学生心理资本。
Abstract: Labor education has aroused widespread concern in the whole society and is of great value to the students’ overall development physically and psychologically. This study adopted a questionnaire survey method, with labor education questionnaires, psychological capital scales, and grit scales as research tools. A total of 314 subjects in the fifth grade of a primary school in Changsha were surveyed to explore the relations of labor education, psychological capital, and grit. And the positive predictive effect of labor education on psychological capital, and explored whether grit played a mediating role in it. The results were as follows: 1) Labor education had a positive correlation with mental capital of primary school, so did labor education with grit quality and psychological capital with grit quality. 2) Labor education not only directly affected the psychological capital of pupils, but also indirectly affected the psychological capital of pupils through grit.
