社交焦虑、自我表露与线上社交媒体互动的关系——对线上社交媒体行为的路径分析

摘要: 目的:本文旨在探讨社交焦虑、自我表露与线上社交媒体互动之间的关系,将社交焦虑分为线上社交焦虑与现实社交焦虑进行研究。方法:通过问卷收集的方式,采用沃森和弗瑞德开发的量表和交往焦虑量表、惠利斯提出自我表露的测量方法,对348名人员进行调查,并据此研究个体在现实社交焦虑、网上社交焦虑,自我表露与线上社交媒体互动之间的关系。结果:现实社交焦虑与社交媒体社交焦虑存在正相关性,但现实社交焦虑与社交媒体社交焦虑对社交媒体互动的影响作用存在差异。社交焦虑与自我表露的部分存在相关。结论:本研究支持了社交媒体环境中社交延展性这一理论假说,并且线上社交媒体互动的水平程度与自我表露的正向性有一定的相关。本研究启示在现实具有社交焦虑的个体在线上会有延展性,为个体在网络更好的互动,需要营造更和谐的网络环境。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to explore the relationship between social anxiety, self-disclosure and online social media interaction, and to divide social anxiety into online social anxiety and real social anxiety. Methods: A total of 348 people were investigated by questionnaire collection, using the scale developed by Watson and Fried and the Communication Anxiety Scale, and the measurement method of self-disclosure proposed by Whellis. Based on this, the relationship between individual social anxiety in reality, social anxiety on the Internet, self-disclosure and online social media interaction was studied. Results: There was a positive correlation between real social anxiety and social media social anxiety, but there were differences in the effects of real social anxiety and social media social anxiety on social media interaction. Social anxiety is partially associated with self-disclosure. Conclusion: This study supports the theoretical hypothesis of social extensibility in the social media environment, and the level of online social media interaction is correlated with the positive self-disclosure to a certain extent. This study suggests that individuals with social anxiety are malleable online, and it is necessary to create a more harmonious network environment for individuals to interact better on the Internet.
