军事基础教育混合式教学模式初探
Mixed Teaching Mode Adopted in Military Basic Education
摘要: 军事基础教育实施混合式教学模式,既是贯彻新时代军事教育方针的必然要求,也是顺应信息时代教育发展趋势、推进军事教育改革发展的必然要求,具有教学时空更加多元、教学效果更加高效、教学主体更加突出的特点。本文立足提升学员自主学习能力,通过发挥信息时代网络教学优势,探索性构建了完整基础教育混合教学模式的系统设计和运用流程,提出了实践应用中应把握的重点问题,为教学转型提供了参考借鉴。
Abstract:
Mixed teaching mode adopted in military basic education is an inevitable requirement of not only carrying out the military education policy in the new era, but also adapting to the trend of devel-oping education in the information age and promoting the reform and development of military education. It highlights the characteristics of more diversified teaching duration and space, more efficient teaching effect and more emphatic teaching subject. Aiming at the improvement of stu-dents’ self-learning ability, this paper explores the systematic design and application process of a complete mixed teaching model of basic education, puts forward the key issues that should be fo-cused in practical application by giving full play to the advantages of network teaching in the in-formation age, and provides reference for teaching transformation.
