面向数字经济的国际经济与贸易创新人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of International Economic and Trade Innovation Talent Training Model for Digital Economy

摘要: 随着大数据、人工智能、云计算以及区块链等新兴技术与各行业的不断融合，数字经济蓬勃发展、商业模式持续变革。基于此背景，本文就国际经济与贸易人才培养现状进行分析，由此发现产教融合是数字经济时代下商科人才培养模式的主流趋势，提出了高校国贸专业应从课程体系建设、数字化创新生态系统构建、数字化能力应用平台开发以及产教融合的师资队伍建设等方面系统推进新商科人才培养模式建设，从而为培养具有创新能力的跨界复合型数字化商科人才提供参考。

Abstract: With emerging technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and block-chain constantly integrating with various industries, the digital economy is booming and business models continue to change. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the present situation of international economy and trade talent training, thus finding that fusion is the mainstream trend of the digital economy era business talent training mode. And it puts forward the university international trade professional should be curriculum system construction, digital innovation ecosystem construction, digital ability application platform development and fusion faculty construction system to promote the new business talent training mode, so as to cultivate cross-border digital business talents with reference.
