“双减”政策背景下学科类教培机构管理与改革路径研究

摘要: “双减”政策的出台,减轻义务教育阶段学生的课堂作业负担和校外培训负担,但也给市场火爆的教培机构带来了重大影响,甚至造成学科类教培机构纷纷关停的局面。基于此,通过对“双减”政策的深入探析,梳理学科类教培机构的发展现状,总结学科类培训机构存在运营边界模糊、隐匿性较强以及利益相关者抱团现象显著等问题,并尝试探寻未来发展路径。
Abstract: The introduction of the “double reduction” policy has reduced the burden of classroom work and off-campus training for students in the compulsory education stage, but it has also brought a significant impact on the education and training institutions that are popular in the market, and even caused the closure of discipline education and training institutions. Based on this, through the indepth analysis of the “double reduction” policy, the current situation of the development of discipline-based education and training institutions is sorted out, and the problems of off-campus training discipline-based training institutions are summarized, such as blurred operational boundaries, strong concealment, and significant stakeholder grouping. And it tries to explore the future development path.
