基于综合创新人才培养的生态学野外实践教学改革
Teaching Reform Field Practice in Ecology Based on the Cultivation of Comprehensive and Innovative Talents
摘要: 生态学野外实习是生物环境类专业实践教学的重要组成部分,也是“学科融合、批判思维、合作精神”的综合创新人才培养的有效手段。本研究基于多年生态学野外实习的教学实践,总结构建创新实习教学思路,选择野外实习基地、优化教学体系内容、强化实习组织管理等教学改革措施。教学实践表明:野外教学实践的改革有助于综合创新人才的培养,能促进学生知识的融合、提升自主创新和运用知识解决实际问题的能力。
Abstract:
Ecological field practice is one of the most important components of bio-environmental professional practice and an effective method of cultivating comprehensive and innovative talents with “interdisciplinary integration, critical thinking and cooperative spirit”. In this study, based on ecological field practice, we conducted on the reform and practice of teaching pattern in ecological field practice. Innovative teaching pattern in field practice was proposed, the base of field practice was selected, and the content practical teaching system was optimized. The teaching practice in-dicated that the abilities integrated application capacity of knowledge and independent innovation have been greatly improved, which contributes to the cultivation of comprehensive and innovative talents.
