牵引配合麦肯基疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Traction Combined with Mckenzie Therapy on the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis

摘要: 本课题主要研究颈型颈椎病的治疗方案，将传统的治疗方案结合麦肯基的自我锻炼方法，通过60例的病例对照实验，探讨优化治疗组合方案，具有康复治疗领域的可推广性。通过对采用传统的牵引治疗方法患者进行调查，发现患者对治疗方式认知度很高，耐受度也增加，诉求开发新的简便、有效的治疗方法来巩固和延长已经取得的效果。所以经过调研，结合使用麦肯基自我运动疗法进行探索，它有完整的诊断和治疗体系，操作简单易行，多个研究证明其有效。将麦肯基康复疗法加入到传统的牵引治疗手段中，观察综合治疗的成果，探索颈型颈椎病的优化治疗模式。

Abstract: This topic mainly studies the treatment scheme of cervical spondylosis, combining the traditional treatment scheme with McKenzie’s self exercise method. Through 60 cases of case-control experiment, this paper discusses the optimization of treatment combination, which is applicable in the field of rehabilitation treatment. Through the investigation of patients with traditional traction therapy, it is found that the patients have a high awareness of the treatment method and their tolerance is also increased. Therefore, they appeal to develop new simple and effective treatment methods to consolidate and prolong the effect achieved. After investigation, McKenzie self exercise therapy has a complete diagnosis and treatment system, and is easy to operate. Many studies have proved that the rehabilitation effect is significant. In this paper, McKenzie rehabilitation therapy was added to the traditional traction therapy to observe the results of comprehensive treatment and explore the optimal treatment mode of cervical spondylosis.
