气象掌上值班管理系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Meteorological Palm on Duty Management System
摘要: 近年来,随着信息化技术的飞速发展,越来越多的企事业单位依托信息化技术通过智能化分析,为业务运行提供更具实际应用价值的数据信息资料。随着空管值班现场管理的不断深入和细化,实现空管值班管理无纸化、智能化的需求就显得尤为迫切。本系统运用多种编程技术,结合新疆空管局气象中心信息室值班管理实际需求,实现了集系统状态监测、机房环境采集、掌上交接班、扫码巡检、值班日志管理、报表管理等多项功能。气象掌上值班管理系统具有一定的创新性及实用性,系统的应用提升了值班效率,并为电子值班信息的大数据挖掘提供了有力支持。
Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises and institutions rely on information technology to provide more practical data and information for business operations through intelligent analysis. With the continuous deepening and refinement of the on-site management of air traffic control duty, it is particularly urgent to realize paperless and intelligent management of air traffic control duty. The system uses a variety of programming technologies, combined with the actual needs of the duty management of the information room of the meteorological center of Xinjiang Air Traffic Control Bureau, to achieve a variety of functions, including system status monitoring, computer room environment collection, hand-held shift handover, code scanning patrol inspection, duty log management, report management and so on. The meteorological handheld duty management system has certain innovation and practicality. The application of the system improves the efficiency of duty and provides strong support for the big data mining of electronic duty information.
