摘要: “躺平”青年是青年亚文化的存在形态，展现了当今社会中青年面对现实的社会心态。对于“躺平”青年有很大的争议，存在正反两方的说法，有认为是合理的表现形态，也有认为是负面的消极应对，本文将从“躺平”青年的缘起出发，结合马克思异化劳动理论，揭示“躺平”青年现象背后的现实困境。这个时代下，部分青年做出“躺平”的主观选择，也是受到客观外在环境的影响。深入了解“躺平”青年的逻辑，给予青年更多理解和关怀，在一定程度上对我国社会的发展稳定和社会的氛围融洽具有积极意义。

Abstract: “Laying flat” youth is the existence form of youth subculture, which shows the social mentality of young people in today's society facing reality. There is a lot of controversy about the “laying flat” youth. There are positive and negative views. Some think it is a reasonable form of expression, and some think it is a negative response. This article will start from the origin of the “laying flat” youth, combined with Marx’s theory of alienated labor, to reveal the practical dilemma behind the phenomenon of “lying flat” youth. In this era, the subjective choice of some young people to “lie down” is also influenced by the objective external environment. In-depth understanding of the logic of “lying flat” youth, giving them more understanding and care, to a certain extent, has positive significance for the development and stability of our society and the harmonious atmosphere of the society.
