摘要: 2020年7月1日，《美墨加协定》正式生效，取代了施行24年已久的《北美自贸协定》。在了解《美墨加协定》生效的背景以及其在汽车行业新规的变化的前提下，熟悉墨西哥汽车行业的进出口贸易情况、主要贸易伙伴。并且通过所掌握的数据与材料，分析《美墨加协定》新规对墨西哥汽车行业的影响，提出相应合理的应对措施。

Abstract: On July 1, 2020, the US Mexico Canada agreement came into force, replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement, which has been in force for 24 years. On the premise of understanding the background of the entry into force of the US Mexico Canada agreement and its changes in the new regulations of the automobile industry, we should be familiar with the import and export trade situation and main trading partners of the Mexican automobile industry. Based on the data and materials, this paper analyzes the impact of the new regulations of the US Mexico Canada agreement on the Mexican automobile industry, and puts forward corresponding and reasonable countermeasures.
