Abstract: Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and mortality in China and the world. It is a great threat to human health and life. The proportion of non-small cell lung cancer is about 80%~85%, which needs to be paid great attention. At present, the treatment of lung cancer includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy. The combined treatment scheme is helpful to the recovery of patients. As a new auxiliary treatment, respiratory rehabilita-tion training is very important to understand summary of respiratory rehabilitation training, indi-cations and contraindications, respiratory evaluation, intervention measures and respiratory reha-bilitation strategies at three different stages of lung cancer before and after operation and during the disease progression (in/not during chemotherapy or radiotherapy), which will help to better control and treat lung cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
