多元教学方法在法学课堂中的应用

摘要: 法学教学改革应当通过不断完善教学方法，实现传统理论讲授模式的转型与突破，进而培养符合社会实际需要的高素质法律人才。传统讲授式教学方法具有较大的局限性，运用多元教学方法是培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才的需要，也是高等教育改革的必然趋势。正确处理法学课堂中多元教学方法之间的关系，有必要明确多元教学方法的适用情形，促进多元化教学方法之间的融合运用。

Abstract: The reform of legal education should realize the transformation and breakthrough of the tradi-tional theoretical teaching mode through continuous improvement of teaching methods, and then cultivate high-quality legal talents that meet the actual needs of society. The traditional teaching method has great limitations. The use of multiple teaching methods is the need for cultivating innovative, compound and applied talents, and it is also an inevitable trend of higher education reform. To correctly handle the relationship between multiple teaching methods in law classrooms, it is necessary to clarify the applicable situations of multiple teaching methods and promote the integration and application of multiple teaching methods.
