“翻转课堂 + 过程考核”模式在《药事管理与法规》教学实践中的应用
Application of “Flipped Classroom + Process Assessment” Mode in Pharmacy Administration and Law
摘要: 大学专业课程授课多以传统方式为主,即教师按教材讲学生听,负责任的教师会适当补充教材外的课程相关前沿信息。但在培养学生良好的职业修养,建立正确的世界观以及提升社会服务意识等方面的教育还需要进一步加强。因此,本文以《药事管理与法规》课程为例,引入“翻转课堂 + 过程考核”教学模式,并且针对“翻转课堂”教学活动设计多个评分环节,采取“过程考核”方式对该活动的最终成绩进行评估。实践结果表明,所采取的措施对调动学生主观能动性、展示个人风采及团队精神、提升其社会责任感等方面均取得较好的效果。
Abstract:
At present, the teaching of professional courses is mainly based on traditional teaching methods, that is, students are sitting in classroom for listening to teachers according to the textbook. Ideal teachers will add appropriately the cutting-edge information outside the textbooks. However, they neglect relatively the cultivation of students’ good professional ethics, the establishment of a correct world outlook, and the promotion of social service awareness. Therefore, taking “Pharmacy Administration and Law” as an example, this paper introduces the application of teaching mode combining flipped classroom and process assessment to evaluate students’ final grades, and shows multiple grading items in the teaching process. The practical results show that the above teaching reforms have achieved good results in mobilizing students’ subjective initiative, showing personal style and team spirit, and enhancing their sense of social responsibility.
