低血糖症研究进展

摘要: 低血糖症是众多原因引起的血浆葡萄糖浓度过低的临床综合征,它不是一种独立的疾病,然而其在临床中比较常见。患者临床症状主要表现为头晕、出汗、饥饿、心悸、手抖、焦虑、紧张、软弱无力、四肢冰凉以及神志改变、认知障碍甚或抽搐、昏迷等。低血糖不仅是糖尿病患者血糖达标的主要影响因素之一,其也可增加患者的并发症、病死率。近年来多项研究表明,低血糖与中枢神经系统功能障碍和不良预后密切相关,需引起临床工作者重视。本文综述了低血糖症的发病机制、临床表现、与其他疾病的关联及预后、治疗等方面的研究进展。
Abstract: Hypoglycemia is a clinical syndrome of low plasma glucose concentration caused by many reasons. Hypoglycemia is not an independent disease; however it is relatively common in clinical practice. The main clinical symptoms of patients with hypoglycemia are dizziness, sweating, hunger, palpita-tions, tremors, anxiety, nervousness, weakness, cold limbs, changes in consciousness, cognitive im-pairment or even convulsions, coma, etc. Hypoglycemia is not only one of the main factors affecting the blood sugar level of diabetic patients, but also increases the complications and mortality of pa-tients. In recent years, a number of studies have shown that hypoglycemia is closely related to dys-function and poor prognosis of central nervous system, which should be paid attention to by clini-cians. This article reviews the research progress in the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, asso-ciation with other diseases, prognosis and treatment of hypoglycemia.
