A Case of Acute Renal Failure Caused by Pacemaker in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation with Third-Degree Atrioventricular Block

摘要: 心血管合并症通常决定肾功能。本文报道了1例通过植入心脏起搏器成功治疗了慢房颤所造成的慢性肾衰竭基础上的急性肾衰,最终摆脱了透析治疗,且随访半年肾功能保持良好的病例。目的:分析该例病人的成功经验,为临床医师对该类病人的处理提供参考。
Abstract: Cardiovascular comorbidities often determine renal function. This article reports a case of acute renal failure on the basis of chronic renal failure caused by chronic atrial fibrillation successfully treated by implanting a cardiac pacemaker, and finally got rid of dialysis treatment, and the renal function remained good after six months of follow-up. Objective: To analyze the successful experi-ence of this patient, and to provide reference for clinicians to deal with this type of patient.
