旅游企业的融资现状及解决措施

Financing Status Quo and Solutions of Tourism Enterprises

摘要: 本文从新中国成立至今，提到旅游业在不同的发展阶段所具备的属性及特征；在不同的发展阶段，旅游企业根据不同的经济形势，采取不同的融资方式，对旅游企业目前的多种融资渠道分类描述，并且说明了各融资渠道的现状及缺陷。从旅游企业自身的劣势及当前大的经济环境分析了当前旅游企业融资所处的困境，即抵押物的缺乏、融资渠道的单一、整体经济环境的低迷，并提出了政府有效介入、丰富有价值的抵押物、开拓创新融资渠道一系列的解决方案。

Abstract: Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, this paper mentions the attributes and characteristics of tourism in different development stages, as well as the different financing methods adopted according to different development stages and tourism enterprises according to different economic trends. This paper makes classified descriptions of the current various financing channels of tourism enterprises and explains the current situation and defects of each financing channel. From the disadvantages of tourism enterprises and the current economic environment, the current difficulties of tourism enterprises in financing are the lack of collateral, the unity of financing channels and the downturn of the overall economic environment. And this paper puts forward a series of solutions, including effective government intervention, rich and valuable collateral, and pioneering innovative channels of financing.
