Teaching Deficiencies and Countermeasures of Corporate Finance Based on “Rain Classroom”

摘要: “雨课堂”智慧教学工具助力教学模式转变，有助于提高教学效果。论文简要概述了使用“雨课堂”进行教学的基本功能，并以《公司金融》课程为例，总结利用“雨课堂”进行授课的情况，指出教学中可能存在的不足及改进之处，助力一流课程申报与建设。

Abstract: The smart teaching tool of “Rain Classroom” helps to transform the teaching mode and improve the teaching effect. This paper briefly outlines the basic functions of using “Rain Classroom” for teaching and takes Corporate Finance as an example to summarize the situation of using “Rain Classroom” for teaching, and then it points out the possible shortcomings and improvements in teaching, so as to help the application and construction of first-class courses.
