低强度运动健身方案对肌少症老年人心血管机能的影响
Effects of Low-Intensity Exercise and Fitness Program on Cardiovascular Function in the Elderly with Sarcopenia
摘要: 对肌少症老年人进行12周低强度运动健身方案的干预,分析低强度运动健身方案对改善肌少症老年人心血管机能的效果。方法:以呼和浩特市市区社区60岁以上肌少症老年人作为实验对象,实施12周低强度运动健身方案,运动干预前后测量四肢血压、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、踝臂血压指数(ABI)等相关指标,分析干预后各项指标的变化,评价运动方案对肌少症老年人心血管机能的干预效果。结果:12周运动干预后,1) 血压得到一定程度的改善,男性RbDIA、sIAD、dIAD、sIAND、dIAND指标有所改善(P < 0.05);女性RbDIA、dIAND指标有所改善(P < 0.05)。2) 男性LbaPWV和baPWV、女性LbaPWV和RbaPWV有所下降(P < 0.05)。3) 总体血管年龄明显下降0.9岁(P < 0.05),男性和女性分别下降0.95岁和0.82岁。结论:12周低强度运动健身方案能够改善肌少症老年人的四肢血压水平、降低血管年龄,够改善肌少症老年人的心血管机能。
Abstract:
Objective: To intervene in a 12-week low-intensity exercise and fitness program for the elderly with sarcopenia, and to analyze the effect of the low-intensity exercise and fitness program on improving the cardiovascular func-tion of the elderly with sarcopenia. Methods: Elderly people with sarcopenia over 60 years old in the urban community of Hohhot City were selected as the experimental subjects. A 12-week low-intensity exercise and fitness program was implemented. Blood pressure of limbs, brachi-al-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), and ankle-brachial blood pressure index (ABI) were meas-ured before and after exercise intervention and other related indicators, to analyze the changes of various indicators after the intervention, and evaluate the intervention effect of the exercise pro-gram on the cardiovascular function of the elderly with sarcopenia. Results: After 12 weeks of exer-cise intervention, 1) blood pressure was improved to a certain extent, and the RbDIA, sIAD, dIAD, sIAND, and dIAND indexes of men were improved (P < 0.05); the RbDIA and dIAND indexes of women were improved (P < 0.05). 2) Male LbaPWV and baPWV, female LbaPWV and RbaPWV de-creased (P < 0.05). 3) The overall vascular age was significantly decreased by 0.9 years (P < 0.05), and the males and females decreased by 0.95 years and 0.82 years, respectively. Conclusion: The 12-week low-intensity exercise and fitness program can improve the blood pressure level of the limbs, reduce the vascular age, and improve the cardiovascular function of the elderly with sarco-penia.
