艺术心理治疗中的环境因素的效果研究

Study on the Influence of Environmental Factors on Art Psychotherapy

摘要: 对艺术心理治疗的环境因素的探讨有利于设计合适的治疗方案，提高治疗效果。文章在简要回顾艺术心理治疗的背景、现状和有关理论基础上，重点介绍了环境因素对艺术心理治疗效果的影响。文章从艺术治疗环境中的不同元素，如颜色、材料、光线、声音、室温和湿度等介绍了环境元素会引起当事人特定的生理和心理反应，影响艺术心理治疗的效果。文章还指出艺术心理治疗是一种以艺术为媒介的心理治疗，其治疗效果比传统的心理咨询和治疗对环境的特点有更高的要求。因此艺术心理治疗的环境设计是值得关注的重要问题。

Abstract: The discussion of the environmental factors of art psychotherapy is conducive to designing ap-propriate treatment programs to improve the treatment effect. Based on a brief review of the background, current situation and relevant theories of art psychotherapy, this article focuses on the influence of environmental factors on the effect of art psychotherapy. This article introduces that the environmental elements in the art therapy environment, such as color, material, light, sound, room temperature and humidity, can cause specific physiological and psychological reac-tions in the person involved and affect the effect of art therapy. The article also points out that art psychotherapy is a kind of psychotherapy with art as the medium, and its therapeutic effect has higher requirements on the characteristics of the environment than traditional psychological counseling and treatment. Therefore, the environmental design of art psychotherapy is an important issue worthy of attention.
