摘要: 由于集装箱的空箱需求是实时的、复杂多变的,就算同一家公司在不同时间地点对空箱的需求可能也是不同的,这就导致了空箱资源的供需端的信息不对称等问题,某些航运公司空箱过剩,而某些公司的空箱紧缺。如何合理地通过集装箱空箱的调运去解决这一现实问题成为企业运营的重中之重。通过分析共享经济平台运作模式,结合空箱调运特点,以共享经济体内系统成本最低为模型目标,建立基于共享经济理念的空箱调运平台模式。利用Lingo软件求解,比较共享与非共享两种模式下空箱调运的系统成本,以此验证模型的合理性与有效性,还可发现基于共享经济理念的空箱调运模式有利于降低成本、空箱率,并发挥共享经济体内的规模效应使得共享经济内部成员实现资源共享合作共赢。
Abstract: Since the demand for empty containers is real-time, complex and changeable, even the same com-pany may have different demand for empty containers at different times and places, which leads to problems such as information asymmetry between the supply and demand sides of empty contain-er resources. Some shipping companies have a surplus of empty containers, while some companies have a shortage of empty containers. How to reasonably solve this practical problem through the transportation of empty containers has become the top priority of enterprise operations. By ana-lyzing the operation mode of the sharing economy platform, combined with the characteristics of empty container transportation, and taking the lowest system cost in the sharing economy as the model goal, an empty container transportation platform model based on the concept of sharing economy is established. Use Lingo software to solve the problem, compare the system cost of empty container dispatching under the two modes of sharing and non-sharing, so as to verify the rational-ity and effectiveness of the model. It can also be found that the empty container dispatching mode based on the concept of sharing economy is conducive to reducing costs and the empty box rate, and the scale effect in the sharing economy enables the internal members of the sharing economy to achieve resource sharing, cooperation and win-win.
