基于模糊综合评价的R市D区分级诊疗机制研究

摘要: 随着近年来越来越突出的“看病难、看病贵”和“大医院人满为患、小医院门可罗雀”的问题，为实现医疗机构之间运转效率的提升，各个城市都开展了不同形式的分级诊疗服务探索，为广大人民群众提供高效、优质、便捷的医疗服务。以此为背景，选取R市D区的医共体改革作为典型案例，通过实地走访调研等，对于医共体分级诊疗模式的现状、成效、经验及问题进行全面的分析，提出进一步发展完善的相关对策，为医共体高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent problems of “difficult to see a doctor, expensive to see a doctor” and “overcrowded in large hospitals and small hospitals in recent years”, in order to improve the operation efficiency between medical institutions, various cities have carried out different forms of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment services to explore, providing efficient, high-quality and con-venient medical services for the broad masses of the people. With this as the background, the re-form of the medical community in District D of R City is selected as a typical case, and through field visits and research, a comprehensive analysis of the status, effectiveness, experience and problems of the graded diagnosis and treatment mode of the medical community is conducted, and the rele-vant countermeasures for further development and improvement are proposed, so as to provide a reference for the high-quality development of the medical community.
