全过程工程咨询介入下的项目投资控制聚类研究

Cluster Research on Project Investment Control under the Intervention of Whole Process Engineering Consultation

摘要: 如何科学合理地开展工程咨询服务使其更好地服务于建设项目投资控制是当前业主最为关注的焦点之一。梳理全过程工程咨询及投资控制相关文献，进行文献界定与统计、文献可视化分析以及研究聚类与解释，分析全过程工程咨询运用的阶段特点，绘制知识图谱并进行图谱分析；进而利用复杂网络可视化和动态分层交互可视化研究图谱中涌现出的共词网络，提炼现阶段全过程工程咨询用于投资控制的普适性和特需性，为实现建设项目投资控制多维度全方位管理方面提供参考。

Abstract: How to scientifically and reasonably carry out engineering consulting services to better serve the investment control of construction projects is one of the focuses of the current owners. This paper combs the literature on the whole process of engineering consultation and investment control. Through literature definition and statistics, literature visualization analysis and research cluster interpretation, the stage characteristics of the whole process of engineering consulting application are analyzed, and the knowledge map is drawn and analyzed. Furthermore, the article uses the coword network emerging from the complex network visualization and dynamic hierarchical interaction atlas to refine the universality and particularity of the whole process engineering consultation for investment control at this stage. This article can provide some references for the realization of multi-dimensional and all-round management of construction project investment control.
