摘要: 《周易》乃群经之首,被誉为“天人之学、大道之源”,历来广为人知,却又神秘莫测。《周易》是古人智慧的结晶,蕴含着宇宙运行及天地万物变化的规律。作为组织管理的核心,人力资源管理者一直是通过别人来实现自己的价值,尤其是随着“知识经济”时代的到来,人力资源管理因其与人的因素内在的密切联系而使得其重要性日益突出。企业管理已经从强调对物的管理转向强调对人的管理,这是竞争加剧的结果。本文由乾卦、坤卦、蒙卦、谦卦等卦辞、爻辞入手,阐释了《周易》的基本义理与内涵及其对养老机构等企业人力资源管理者带来的启示。
Abstract: “The book of changes”, the first of the classics, is known as “the study of heaven and man and the source of the great road”. It has always been widely known, but it is mysterious. “The book of changes” is the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancients, which contains the laws of the operation of the universe and the changes of everything in heaven and earth. As the core of organizational management, human resource managers have always realized their value through others; especially with the arrival of the era of “knowledge economy”, human resource management has become increasingly important because of its internal close relationship with human factors. Enterprise management has shifted from emphasizing the management of things to emphasizing the management of people, which is the result of intensified competition. This paper starts with the divinatory symbols such as Qian Symbol, Kun Symbol, Meng Symbol and Qian Symbol, and explains the Enlightenment of “The book of changes” to human resource managers.
