摘要: 目的:探索一般自我效能感在毕业集训学员主动性人格和生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法:采用主动性人格量表、一般自我效能感量表和生活满意度量表对170名毕业集训学员进行调查。结果:毕业集训学员生活满意度在家庭来源上存在显著差异,农村来源的学员显著高于城镇来源的学员;毕业集训学员主动性人格和一般自我效能感都与生活满意度之间显著正相关,并能共同预测生活满意度;自我效能感在主动性人格和生活满意度中起着部分中介作用,中介效应值为18.2%。结论:主动性人格对生活满意度既存在直接影响,同时又通过一般自我效能感间接影响生活满意度。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the mediating effect of general self-efficacy on the relationship between military academy graduates’ proactive personality and life satisfaction. Methods: Proceeds investigation among 170 military academy graduates using Active Personality Scale, General Self-efficacy Scale and Satisfaction with Life Scale. Results: There is significantly difference in place of family at life satisfaction, and cadets from rural areas were significantly higher than those from urban areas; both proactive personality and general self-efficacy have a significantly positive correlation with life satisfaction and they could well predict life satisfaction; the general self-efficacy partially plays a role in mediating the relationship between proactive personality and life satisfaction. The proportion of the mediation effect is 18.2%. Conclusion: The proactive personality not only has directly impact on life satisfaction, but also indirectly influences it through general self-efficacy.
