民办高校英语教师专业发展的路径研究
A Study on the Path of Professional Development of English Teachers in Private University
摘要: 本文重点分析了民办高校英语教师专业发展的现状,探讨了阻碍民办高校教师专业发展的因素。从本科评估视域下高校英语教师专业发展的视角,以语言磨蚀理论、再学习假说理论和阈值假说理论为依据,提出了构建学习共同体、实践–反思–拓展等民办高校英语教师专业发展的有效策略。
Abstract:
This paper emphasizes the importance and necessity of the professional development of English teachers in private universities, focuses on analyzing the current situation of English teachers' professional development in private universities, and discusses the factors that hinder the professional development of private college teachers. According to the characteristics of private universities, from the perspective of professional development of English teachers in universities, based on the theory of language abrasion, re-learning hypothesis and threshold hypothesis, this paper puts forward the construction of learning community, practice-reflection-expansion and other professional development strategies for English teachers in private universities.
