Supervisor’s Guidance and Innovating Guidance Mode

摘要: 研究生的培养离不开导师指导。创新导师指导方式已然是当前我国研究生教育中的重要议题。在实践中，导师指导受多种因素的影响，存在不同的难点和问题。导师指导本质上是基于参与者独立意识上的对话互动。只有创新“对话互动”的形式与内容，导师指导才能事半功倍。

Abstract: The cultivation of postgraduate students is inseparable from the guidance of supervisors. The innovating supervisor’s guidance mode has become an important topic in China’s postgraduate education. In practice, the guidance for postgraduates is influenced by many factors, and there are different difficulties and problems for supervisors. The supervisor’s guidance is based on the participants’ independent consciousness in the process of dialogue and interaction. Only by innovating the form and content of “dialogue and interaction” can the supervisor’s guidance get twice the result with half the effort.
