我国社区居家养老服务的研究现状与发展趋势概述

An Overview of the Research Status and Development Trend of Community Home-Based Care Services in China

摘要: 文章以社区居家养老服务为研究课题，分析社区居家养老服务的研究现状，总结我国社区居家养老的研究热点和研究趋势。我国是较早迈入老龄化的发展中国家之一，养老问题得不到有效解决，造成的后果不堪设想。借助可视化软件CiteSpace对2010~2022年社区居家养老服务的相关文献进行分析，了解社区居家养老在研究领域的发展现状和目前存在的一些问题，找出原因并提出解决方案。通过优化社区居家养老服务，鼓励多方参与社区居家养老的发展，探索适合我国国情的养老服务模式，以期减轻个人和家庭的养老负担，优化我国的养老模式，提高养老服务水平，提升老年人的幸福指数。

Abstract: This article takes the community home-based care service as the research topic, analyzes the research status of the community home-based care service, and summarizes the research hotspots and research trends of the community home-based care service in my country. My country is one of the developing countries that entered the aging process earlier, and the pension problem cannot be effectively solved, resulting in unimaginable consequences. With the help of the visualization software CiteSpace, the relevant literature on community home-based care services from 2010 to 2022 was analyzed, to understand the development status and current problems of community home-based care services in the research field, to find out the reasons and to propose solutions. By optimizing community-based home-based care services, we encourage multiple parties to participate in the development of community-based home-based care services, and explore an elderly care service model suitable for my country’s national conditions, with a view to reducing the burden on individuals and families, optimizing my country’s elderly care model, improving the level of elderly care services, and enhancing the happiness of the elderly index.
