中风康复胶囊结合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule Combined with Acupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

摘要: 目的：观察中风康复胶囊结合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床疗效，为院内制剂研发做探索。方法：对2017年1月~2021年12月在宁夏中医医院暨中医研究院针灸科门诊收治的200例周围性面神经麻痹患者按就诊先后顺序，随机分为2组，观察组(中风康复胶囊 + 针刺治疗) 100例，对照组(西药 + 针刺治疗) 100例。观察组给予口服院内制剂中风康复胶囊，1次5粒，1日3次，连续口服4周；对照组给予口服甲钴胺片1次1片，1日3次，连续口服4周；2组均给予针刺治疗，每日1次，1周治疗5次，连续治疗4周。在治疗前和治疗2周后、治疗4周后对比分析两组患者进行面神经功能评价、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。采用House-Brackmann (H-B)分级量表进行治疗前后临床疗效的评估，采用改良Portmann评分表对面神经功能评价。结果：House-Brackmann (H-B)分级量表进行治疗前后临床疗效的评估，观察组总体疗效明显优于对照组，有显著意义(P < 0.05)；治疗2周后、治疗4周后观察发现，观察组在改善患者症状、提高疗效、改善面部神经功能方面均优于对照组，随治疗时间推移，观察组患者改善效果越显著，差异均有显著意义(P < 0.05)，未发生明显不良反应。结论：中风康复胶囊结合针刺治周围性面神经麻痹疗效确切，在促进针刺治疗本病的疗程、患者面部神经功能恢复、改善患者症状等方面优于西药，剂型节约虫类药用量，服用更为方便，值得进一步研究和推广。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng Kangfu capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and to explore the development of hospital prepara-tions. Methods: 200 patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Ningxia traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Research Institute of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2021 were ran-domly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment: 100 patients in the observation group (Zhongfeng Kangfu capsule + acupuncture) and 100 patients in the control group (Western medicine + acupuncture). The observation group was given the hospital preparation Zhongfeng re-habilitation capsule orally, 5 capsules once, 3 times a day, for 4 weeks; The control group was given Mecobalamin tablets once, three times a day, for 4 weeks; Both groups were treated with acupunc-ture once a day, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks. The facial nerve function, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. House brackmann (H-B) rating scale was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after treatment, and the modified portmann rating scale was used to evaluate the facial nerve function. Results: House brackmann (H-B) rating scale was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after treatment. The overall efficacy of the observation group was signif-icantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, it was found that the observation group was better than the control group in improving patients’ symptoms, curative effect and facial nerve function. With the passage of treatment time, the im-provement effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group. The difference was significant in improving patients’ symptoms, shortening the course of treatment and improving curative effect (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Zhongfeng Kangfu capsule combined with acu-puncture is effective in treating peripheral facial paralysis. It is superior to western medicine in promoting the course of acupuncture treatment of the disease, the recovery of facial nerve function and improving symptoms. The dosage form saves the dosage of insect drugs and is more convenient to take. It is worthy of further research and promotion.
