土木工程专业型研究生创新能力培养的现状与展望
Current Situation and Prospect of Cultivating Innovation Ability of Professional Graduate Students in Civil Engineering
摘要: 研究生创新能力对国家发展、行业技术进步以及经济增长有着重要促进作用。从土木工程专业型研究生创新能力现状入手，分析导致这些现象的内在原因，并针对具体原因提出相应措施，包括完善创新培养模式、加强导师引导、改善科研条件、加强职业规划等。并对未来研究生创新能力培养进行展望，旨在提高研究生创新能力，并为相关创新能力培养模式提供参考。
Abstract:
The innovation ability of graduate students has an important role in promoting national devel-opment, technological progress of the industry and economic growth. Starting from the current situation of innovation ability of professional graduate students in civil engineering, the intrinsic causes of these phenomena are analyzed and reasonable measures for specific causes are pro-posed, including improving the innovation cultivation model, strengthening guidance of tutors, improving research conditions, and enhancing career planning. It also provides an outlook on the future postgraduate innovation ability cultivation, aiming to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates and provide reference for related innovation ability cultivation modes.
