摘要: 本文结合教学能力大赛经验,以核心课程《老年护理》重构与实施为例,从岗位核心技能要求出发,描述了课程目标、课程模式、课程内容及结构,从教学方法及课程评价多方面展开探讨,阐述了护理专业课程的构建。通过本课程的学习,培养学生按照老年护理职业标准和素质要求,运用护理程序,为老年人开展全过程护理的能力,发扬敬老爱老、甘于奉献、爱岗敬业的精神。重构课程采取“工学交替”的教学模式,结合多样的三场地教法,落实多维度评价,不断提升学生开展临床护理的工作能力。
Abstract: Combined with the experience of teaching ability competition, this paper took the reconstruction and implementation of the core course Geriatric Nursing as an example, from the core skills requirements of the post, described the curriculum objectives, curriculum models, curriculum contents and structure, including teaching methods and evaluation, discussed the teaching methods and curriculum evaluation, and expounded the construction of nursing curriculum. Through the study of this course, the students can develop the ability to carry out the whole process of nursing for the elderly according to the standards of professional and quality requirements of geriatric nursing, and develop the spirit of respecting and caring for the elderly, being willing to dedicate, loving their post and working. The reconstruction course adopts the teaching model of “work-study alternation”, combines various three-site teaching methods, implements multi-dimensional evalua-tion, and constantly improves students’ ability to carry out clinical nursing work.
