养老服务机构中老人能力评估的实践研究

A Practical Study on the Ability Assessment of the Elderly in Old-Age Service Institutions

摘要: 面对人口老龄化时期日益变化的环境及老人多元性的需求，本研究梳理了老人能力评估的研究及发展，调研了评估团队、评估使用标准及程序，分析了老人能力评估过程中存在的问题，从养老服务评估人员价值培养、能力提升、家属沟通、结果应用及评估机制改善方面给予建议，为未来养老服务领域实践研究提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: In the face of the increasingly changing environment and the diverse needs of the elderly in the aging period, this study combed the research and development of the elderly ability assessment, investigated the assessment team, assessment standards and procedures, and analyzed the problems in the process of the elderly ability assessment. Suggestions are given from the aspects of value cultivation, ability improvement, family communication, results application and evaluation mechanism improvement of elderly care service evaluators, so as to provide some reference for future practical research in the field of elderly care services.
