城镇居民社区养老服务使用情况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the Use of Elderly Care Services in Urban Communities and Its Influencing Factors

摘要: 老龄化的日益严峻以及传统家庭养老功能的日益衰退促使这依托于社区的居家养老模式进一步发展，而社区养老服务也越来越成为满足老年人养老需要的重要手段，本文从社区养老的需求侧入手，通过对城镇老年人社区养老服务的使用情况和影响因素分析，得出以下三点结论：一是年龄、受教育程度、健康水平等人口因素对城镇老年人的社区养老服务使用情况存在着显著的影响因素；二是城镇老年人的退休办理情况关系着老年人的社会交往需要从而对老年人的日常照料和精神慰藉类养老服务的使用情况产生影响；三是城镇老年人是否具备家庭以外的政府、社会等公共的养老责任观念显著影响着城镇老年人对社区养老服务的使用选择。本文发现社区养老服务的需求侧仍然存在许多不足，需要进一步激发其需求活力。

Abstract: The increasingly severe aging and the declining function of traditional family elderly care have promoted the further development of the home-based elderly care model relying on communities, and community elderly care services have increasingly become an important means to meet the needs of elderly care. This paper starts from the demand side of community elderly care, and through the analysis of the use and influencing factors of community elderly care services for urban elderly, the following three conclusions are drawn: First, age education level, health level, and other demographic factors have a significant influence on the use of community elderly care services for the elderly in urban areas; Second, the retirement management of the elderly in cities and towns is related to the needs of social interaction of the elderly, which has an impact on the daily care of the elderly and the use of spiritual comfort services for the elderly; Third, whether the urban elderly have the concept of public pension responsibility outside the family, such as the government and society, has a significant impact on the use of community pension services for urban elderly. This paper finds that there are still many deficiencies in the demand side of community elderly care services, which need to further stimulate their demand vitality.
