松江区产城融合发展评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Industry-City Integration Development in Songjiang District

摘要: 产城融合是我国实现产业转型升级、经济高质量发展的有效途径，是新型城镇化建设的重要抓手。本文以松江区为研究对象，分析松江区产城融合发展的现状，构建了“产”、“城”、“人”三个维度的产城融合评价指标体系，运用熵值法、物理耦合法综合测度分析松江区产城融合发展水平，探讨松江区产城融合取得的成效、不足以及未来实现路径，最后提出了引导和推动产城互动融合发展，形成产、城、人协调发展格局的对策。

Abstract: City-industry integration is an effective way to realize industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality economic development in China, and it is an important starting point for the construc-tion of new urbanization. This paper takes Songjiang District as the research object, analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and city in Songjiang District, constructs the evalua-tion index system of the integration of industry and city in the three dimensions of “industry”, “city”, and “people”, and uses the entropy method and physical coupling method to comprehensively measure and analyze the development level of the integration of industry and city in Songjiang Dis-trict, and discusses the achievements, shortcomings and future realization paths of the integration of industry and city in Songjiang District. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to guide and promote the interactive integration of industry and city and form the coordinated development pattern of industry, city and people.
