从区隔到融合：老漂族的社会适应问题及社会工作介入策略

From Segregation to Integration: The Social Adaptation of the Old Migrant Workers and the Intervention Strategies of Social Work

摘要: 随着流动人口数量的不断增长，老漂族的社会适应问题受到了越来越多的关注。本文借助NVivo12质性研究软件，以天通苑社区老漂族的报道评论为文本，从生活环境变化、家庭权力转移、社会政策壁垒三个方面分析了老漂族流动后的社会适应问题，并依据社会融入理论，在社会工作视角下，从经济融入、社会融入和心理融入三个层面，提出给予经济支持，巩固融入基础、拓展人际网络，提升社会技能和营造融入氛围，增强社区认同的具体方法，构建社会工作的介入行动策略，从而更好地解决老漂族在“他乡变故乡”的过程中出现的社会适应问题，并进一步回应我国“健康老龄化建设”的需要。

Abstract: With the growing number of floating population, more and more attention has been paid to the social adaptation of the old migrant workers. With the help of NVivo12 qualitative research software, taking the reports and comments of the old migrant workers in the Tiantongyuan community as the text, this paper analyzes the social adaptation of the old migrant workers after they migrate from three aspects: the change of living environment, the transfer of family power and social policy barriers. Based on the theory of social integration, from the perspective of social work, this paper proposes to give economic support, consolidate the integration foundation and expand the interpersonal network. The specific methods of improving social skills, creating an atmosphere of integration, enhancing community identity, and constructing intervention strategies of social work can better solve the social adaptation problems of the old drifters in the process of “making another hometown be hometown”, and further respond to the needs of “healthy aging construction” in China.
