大学生自主学习能力的成因与激励措施浅析

摘要: 信息化时代的快速发展致使各类诱惑不断增加,自主学习能力的缺乏在当代大学生群体中日趋严重。本文从在校大学生的生活及心理变化发现,影响大学生自主学习能力低下的因素主要有四个方面:大学生自身因素、学校因素、社会因素以及家庭因素。通过分析各项影响因素,本文提出五点增强大学生自主学习能力的措施:重视开学教育、提前进行专业认识教育、整顿学风,严抓教风、制定严格的生活管理制度和培养学生兴趣,因材施教。本文有助于大学生及教育者充分认识大学生自主学习能力方面存在的问题,为大学生自主学习能力的提升提供指导作用。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the information age, all kinds of temptations are increasing, and the lack of autonomous learning ability is becoming more and more common among contemporary college students. From the life and psychological changes of college students, this paper found that there are four main factors affecting college students’ autonomous learning ability: college students’ own factors, school factors, social factors, and family factors. Through the analysis of various influencing factors, this paper puts forward five suggestions to enhance the self-learning ability of college students: attaching importance to education at the beginning of the semester, conducting professional ideological education in advance, rectifying the style of study, strictly grasping the style of teaching, formulating strict life management system, and cultivating students’ interests and teaching students according to their aptitude. This paper is helpful for college students and educators to fully understand the problems of college students’ autonomous learning ability and provides guidance for the improvement of college students’ autonomous learning ability.
