隐性教育视角下的中职技能竞赛文化建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of the Culture of Secondary Vocational Skills Competition under the Perspective of Implicit Education

摘要: 优秀的校园文化是一所学校教育理念的体现。但随着社会的变迁、经济的变革、各级学生思想的进步，传统的显性教育在当前中职院校校园文化建设中的作用逐渐降低。因此，隐性教育视角下的中职校园文化建设逐渐受到广泛关注。本文从技能竞赛角度出发，对隐性教育与中职技能竞赛文化的关系、隐性教育视角下打造技能竞赛文化的作用、中职学校技能竞赛校园文化实践向度等几个方面进行探讨，以期对促进中职技能竞赛校园文化建设的有效实施提供借鉴。

Abstract: Excellent campus culture is the embodiment of the educational concept of a school. However, with the change in society, the change in economy and the progress of students’ thoughts at all levels, the role of traditional explicit education in the construction of campus culture in current secondary vocational colleges is gradually reduced. Therefore, the construction of campus culture in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of implicit education has gradually attracted widespread attention. This article from the perspective of skills competition, the culture of recessive education and secondary vocational skills competition, the relationship between implicit education perspective to create the role of race culture, the secondary vocational school skills competition practice of campus culture tendency, etc. several aspects were discussed, in order to promote the effective implementation of the secondary vocational skills competition of the construction of campus culture.
