心理学视域下大学生创业行为研究
Research on the Entrepreneurial Behavior of College Students from the Perspective of Psychology
摘要: 大学生创业行为能够有效纾解高校毕业生就业困难局面。社会学习理论作为心理学行为主义学派的重要理论,能够给予大学生创业行为培养带来诸多启示。基于心理学社会学习理论视角构建大学生创业行为引导路径,应当着力做好四个方面:增加创业实践课程;创造参观学习机会;构建校园创业文化;提升创业师资质量。
Abstract:
The entrepreneurial behavior of college students can effectively alleviate the employment diffi-culties of college graduates. As an important theory of psychological behaviorism school, social learning theory can bring many inspirations to the cultivation of entrepreneurial behavior of college students. To construct a guiding path for college students’ entrepreneurial behavior based on the perspective of social learning theory, we should focus on four aspects: increasing entrepreneurial practice courses; creating visiting and learning opportunities; building campus entrepreneurial culture; improving the quality of entrepreneurial teachers.
