基于ANSYS的拨叉的有限元分析及拓扑优化
Finite Element Analysis and Topology Optimization of Fork Based on ANSYS
摘要: 文章以某变速器拨叉为研究对象,首先采用UG对研究对象进行三维建模,再根据设定的工况利用ANSYS进行有限元分析,利用拓扑优化得到结果,再设计出新的结构,对新的结构进行再一步有限元分析,分析验证通过后完成对模型结构的优化。
Abstract:
Based on a certain transmission fork as the research object, the first of the research object by UG three-dimensional modeling, and then based on the condition of setting by ANSYS finite element analysis, using the topology optimization results, and design a new structure, step by finite element analysis was carried out on the new structure, after complete the optimization of model structure and verified.
