《伤寒杂病论》葛根汤剂的现代临床应用研究

摘要: 东汉著名医学家张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》中记载的经典方剂葛根汤，具有方小力宏、方简药精的特点，组方精简得当，经过千百年的临床实践验证，仍具有较高的临床实用价值。该方有发汗解表，升津舒经之功效，现代药理学研究发现其具有抑菌抗病毒、解热消炎、镇痛、预防血栓及动脉硬化、抗变态反应、双向免疫调节多种作用，现被广泛应用于临床各类疾病，本文将葛根汤的现代临床应用进行总结描述，为扩展经方的现代临床应用范畴提供新的研究思路。
Abstract: Gegen Decoction, a classic prescription recorded in Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Dis-eases written by Zhang Zhongjing, a famous medical scientist in the Eastern Han Dynasty, has the characteristics of small and powerful prescriptions, simple and precise prescriptions, and is still of high clinical practical value after thousands of years of clinical practice. The prescription has the effect of sweating, relieving the body, improving the body’s circulation and relieving the body’s circulation, modern pharmacology study found it has a variety of functions of bacteriostatic antiviral, antipyretic anti-inflammatory, analgesic, preventing blood clots, and hardening of the arteries, resisting allergy, bidirectional immune regulation, and has been widely applied to clinical disease. This article will summarize the modern clinical application of radix puerariae soup and provides a new research idea for expanding the scope of modern clinical application of Jingfang.
