英语专业学生小组合作论文写作的行动研究
Team Collaboration in English Major Students’ English Academic Writing: An Action Research
摘要: 教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见要求严把考试和毕业出口关,这对英语专业大学生运用英语进行学术写作的能力提出了更高的要求。然而,我国高校外语专业本科生英语学术写作课程的开设并未得到重视,普遍存在开设晚、班级大、反馈难、教学效果欠佳与专业指导性不强等问题。笔者拟采用行动研究的方法探究小组合作写作教学模式对提高英语专业学生学术论文写作水平与能力的有效性。经过教学实践发现:合作写作在学生论文选题、研究设计、报告撰写、格式规范及语言表达等方面发挥着重要作用;在此基础上提出“双轨四循环”的英语专业本科生学术写作教学模式,以期为改进外语专业学生学术写作课堂中存在的问题提出新的思路。
Abstract: The Ministry of Education’s opinions on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training require strict control of examination and graduation, which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of English majors to use English for academic writing. However, the opening of English academic writing courses for undergraduate students majoring in foreign languages in China’s colleges and universities has not been taken seriously, and there are generally problems such as late opening, large student size in classes, difficulty in feedback, poor teaching effect and lack of professional guidance. The author intends to use the action research method to explore the effectiveness of the group cooperative writing teaching model in improving the academic essay writing level and ability of English secondary school students. Through teaching practice, collaborative writing plays an important role in students' thesis topic selection, research design, report writing, format specification and language expression; On this basis, the “two-track and four-cycle” academic writing teaching mode for undergraduate English majors is proposed, in order to put forward new ideas for improving the problems existing in the academic writing classroom of foreign language students.
