产教融合视域下职业本科校企协同育人的探索与实践——以广州科技职业技术大学为例

Exploration and Practice of Collaborative Education between Vocational Colleges and Enterprises in the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education—Taking Guangzhou Vocational University of Science and Technology as an Example

摘要: 产教融合、校企合作是职业本科院校的立身之本、发展之路。职业本科院校与产业融合，与企业合作，协同育人，实现职业本科院校、企业、学生多方共赢，为社会培养了高层次技术技能人才。本文根据职业教育的发展趋势，以广州科技职业技术大学为研究个案，分析了职业本科院校校企合作协同育人的现状，剖析职业本科院校校企合作协同育人的必要性，提出职业本科院校校企合作协同育人的意义，总结广州科技职业技术大学的实践经验，进而提出职业本科院校校企合作协同育人的有效途径，期许为职业本科院校校企协同育人提供参考。

Abstract: The integration of production and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises are the foundation and development road of vocational colleges. The vocational colleges integrate with the industry, cooperate with enterprises, and educate people in a coordinated manner, so as to achieve a win-win situation for vocational colleges, enterprises, and students, and cultivate high-level technical talents for society. According to the development trend of vocational education, taking Guangzhou Vocational University of Science and Technology as a case study, this paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people in vocational colleges, analyzes the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people in vocational colleges, puts forward the significance of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people in vocational colleges, and summarizes the practical experience of Guangzhou Vocational University of Science and Technology, and then puts forward an effective way for vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises to educate people, hoping to provide a reference for vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises to educate people.
