美国私立高中职业生涯教育的启示与借鉴——以新泽西州为例

The Enlightenment and Reference of American Private High School Career Education—Taking New Jersey as an Example

摘要: 职业生涯教育起源于美国，是一种综合性教育活动，着眼于受教育者的终身发展，既能承接高等教育，又可以为学生就业提供必要的专业知识，所以在高中阶段实施职业生涯教育是非常必要的。本研究以美国新泽西州私立高中职业生涯教育的实施为切入点，通过分析相关学校职业生涯教育的课程设置、师资、社会支持等情况，找出可借鉴的经验，以期为我国高中阶段开展职业生涯教育提供丰富具体的参考案例。研究发现，新泽西州私立高中普遍设有AP课程(Advanced Placement)，以此来提高高中与大学生涯教育的承接性。其专业的师资水平和强大的社会支持也是非常值得我们借鉴的。

Abstract: Career education originated in the United States, is a comprehensive educational activity, focusing on the lifelong development of the educated, not only can undertake higher education, but also can provide students with necessary professional knowledge for employment, so it’s very necessary to implement career education in senior high school. This study takes the implementation of career education in private high schools in New Jersey as the starting point, and through analyzing the curriculum setting, teachers and social support of career education in relevant schools, finds out the experiences that can be used for reference, in order to provide rich specific reference cases for carrying out career education in high schools in our country. It was found that private high schools in New Jersey are offering Advanced Placement courses to enhance the continuity of career education between high schools and colleges. Its professional teachers and strong social support is also worth learning.
