现代学徒制在高职院校实践教学改革中的应用思考

Reflection on the Application of Modern Apprentice System in the Practical Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 实践教学是职业教育的重要环节，在提高学生动手能力、培养劳动精神、形成职业素养等方面有着不可或缺的作用。开展实践教学，最适合的场所是真实的工作环境，最好的老师是技术娴熟的师傅，现代学徒制是一种坚持工学结合、深化校企合作、推进产教融合的人才培养模式。本文通过分析高职院校专业实践教学存在的问题和推行现代学徒制的必要性，认为现代学徒制应该在职业教育实践教学中推广和应用，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: Practice teaching is an important link of vocational education, which plays an indispensable role in improving students’ practical ability, cultivating labor spirit, forming professional quality, and so on. The most suitable place to carry out practical teaching is the real working environment, the best teacher is a skilled master, and the modern apprentice system is a talent training mode that adheres to the combination of work and study, deepens school-enterprise cooperation, and promotes the integration of industry and education. By analyzing the problems existing in professional practice teaching in higher vocational colleges and the necessity of carrying out the modern apprentice system, this paper holds that the modern apprentice system should be popularized and applied in the practical teaching of vocational education, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
