社会工作介入青少年社区矫正的问题研究

Research on the Problem of Social Work Intervention in Youth Community Correction

摘要: 在我国社会经济发展转型的关键时期，多种因素的影响导致青少年犯罪成为社会关注的热点。从社会工作的角度来看，青少年社区矫正存在着专业要求高、服务周期长、社会工作者能力不足等问题。因此，要根据青少年的不同特点来开展矫正工作，做到因人施矫；要通过积累总结施矫工作中的经验，从根本上提高解决问题的效率；重视人才队伍的建设与完善，提升社会工作者的能力和水平。通过社会工作帮助青少年社矫对象恢复自我生活能力，促使其更好地融入并参与社会生活。

Abstract: In the critical period of China’s social and economic development and transformation, the influ-ence of various factors has led to juvenile delinquency, which becomes a hot spot of social concern. From the perspective of social work, youth community corrections have problems such as high professional requirements, long service periods, and insufficient social workers’ abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out correction work according to the different characteristics of young people, so as to apply corrections according to individuals. It is necessary to improve the efficiency of solving problems fundamentally by accumulating and summarizing the experience in the rectification work; pay attention to the construction and improvement of talent team, and improve the ability and level of social workers. Through social work, we can help adolescents with social correction to restore their self-living ability, and promote their better integration and participation in social life.
