基于多元文化视角下的流动儿童社会工作服务研究

Research on Social Work Services for Migrant Children Based on Multicultural Perspective

摘要: 不断的流动，给流动儿童的成长和发展带来了他们必须面对的挑战。文章试图基于多元文化视角探讨我国目前流动儿童服务存在的困境和原因，在多元文化视角下，流动儿童社会工作应该秉持何种价值观，并在此理论层面中分析多元文化视角下的社会工作服务介入模式。文章最后认为在当前的社会环境中，社会工作者对流动儿童服务缺乏一定的文化敏感性，难以察觉到流动儿童在城市中存在的文化权力不对等。文章存在一定的不足，尽管倡导从多元文化角度倡导社会结构的改变以协助流动儿童困境的解决，现实中社会工作者却难以触及到社会结构方面的内容，改变社会结构任重道远。

Abstract: The constant mobility has brought challenges to the growth and development of migrant children that they must face. This paper attempts to explore the dilemmas and causes of the current services for migrant children in China based on a multicultural perspective, what values should be upheld in social work with migrant children under a multicultural perspective, and to analyze the intervention model of social work services under this multicultural perspective in this theoretical level. The paper concludes that in the current social environment, social workers lack a certain degree of cultural sensitivity to migrant children’s services and find it difficult to perceive the cultural power imbalance that exists among migrant children in the city. This paper has certain shortcomings; although it advocates for a change in social structure from a multicultural perspective to help solve the plight of migrant children, in reality, social workers have difficulty in reaching the social structure, and there is a long way to go to change the social structure.
