班级融合度在心理素质与攻击行为间的作用:一项纵向研究
The Effect of Class Fusion on the Relationship between Psychological Suzhi and Aggressive Behavior: A Longitudinal Study
摘要: 为考察班级融合度在心理素质和攻击行为间的纵向中介作用,采用心理素质问卷、班级融合度量表以及简版攻击行为量表,对1127名初一新生进行纵向调查。结果表明:1) 心理素质与攻击行为呈显著负相关,心理素质与班级融合度呈显著正相关,班级融合度和攻击行为呈显著负相关;2) 班级融合度在心理素质和攻击行为之间存在显著的纵向中介作用。具体而言,心理素质较高的新生班级融合度较高,其后续攻击行为更少。
Abstract: In order to investigate the longitudinal mediating effect of class fusion on psychological quality and aggressive behavior, 1127 freshmen in middle school were investigated with the psychological Suzhi Questionnaire, the Class Fusion Scale and the short version of the Aggressive Behavior Scale. The results showed that: 1) Psychological Suzhi was significantly negatively correlated with aggressive behavior, psychological Suzhi was significantly positively correlated with class fusion, and class fusion was significantly negatively correlated with aggressive behavior; 2) Class fusion has a significant longitudinal mediating effect between psychological Suzhi and aggressive behavior. Specifically, freshmen with higher psychological Suzhi have a higher degree of class fusion and less aggressive behavior.
