望道——面向乡村教师的远程协同教研平台的构建路径探索

摘要: “望道——面向乡村教师的远程协同教研平台”是以国家促进教育均衡发展要求、信息技术高速发展阶段为背景，以乡村振兴为目标。在后疫情反复而不能正常进行的传统教研方式，许多线上教育平台应运而生之下，“望道——面向乡村教师的远程协同教研平台”力求破除乡村教师的教研困难，提出一种以远程协同平台专注于教师教研改革的构建路径探索，做有益于乡村教师的教研平台。旨在平台路径构建探索的基础上实现缩小城乡差距、促进教育发展、寻找专业人员提出并解决针对性问题、弥补乡村教育的局部性缺陷，壮大乡村教师队伍质量，以人才教育助力乡村振兴。

Abstract: “Wangdao—Construction and Exploration of Remote Cooperative Teaching and Research Platform for Rural Teachers” is based on the national requirements for promoting balanced development of education and the stage of rapid development of information technology, with the goal of rural re-vitalization. In the post-epidemic, traditional teaching and research methods that cannot be carried out repeatedly, many online education platforms have emerged. “Wangdao—Construction and Exploration of Remote Cooperative Teaching and Research Platform for Rural Teachers” strives to break the teaching and research difficulties of rural teachers, and proposes a way to explore the construction path of teachers’ teaching and research reform with the remote collaborative platform, so as to become a teaching and research platform beneficial to rural teachers. The purpose is to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote education development, find professionals to raise and solve targeted problems, make up for local defects in rural education, strengthen the quality of rural teachers, and help rural revitalization with talent education.
